What does a typical session look like?
A typical session is between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on which program you choose to run. For safety reasons the longest session is 45 minutes, but don’t worry, you can use the sauna every day if you please!! In a traditional sauna when you sweat from the outer layers of your skin you sweat is about 98% water and 2% toxins. In an infrared sauna your sweat is about 80% water and 20% toxins because you are sweating from your core.
