Total Rejuvenation’s Terms & Conditions:
People under the age of 18 need a parent/guardians signature to use any of our modalities.  People under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian stay at Total Rejuvenation while they are in a session.

Total Rejuvenation reserves the right to refuse service to anybody.  Specifically, if you have a medical condition that we think may cause you to have an adverse reaction to the therapy session.  We may require you to get a doctors signature before we provide you with service.

Special Conditions:  Please notify our staff before making a reservation if you have any special physical concerns, disabilities, diabetes, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery or any open wounds.

Payment:  Total Rejuvenation accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards.  If you pay with credit card we will add a 3% surcharge.   A debit or credit card is required for a membership; see membership terms and conditions for more info.

Membership Terms and Conditions:  Memberships at Total Rejuvenation are on a month-to-month basis.  Membership fees are due on the first of every month until your membership expires or is terminated in accordance with the agreement.  Memberships can be bought in the middle of a month with prorated fees or you can choose to wait and start the membership until the 1st of the following month.   All cancellations require completion of our cancellation form and are effective 30 days after the date received.  Memberships are not transferable.

Quiet Space:  As a courtesy to our clients who are floating please maintain a quiet level of conversation and turn your phones off or to silent (vibrations still make noise and can distract from floating so please turn vibrations off too).

Pricing Subject to Change:  Total Rejuvenation is committed to best serving our clients.  This includes adding services and potentially changing prices.  We make every effort to keep our website up to date but please note that our prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Cancellation/ Refund and Late Arrival Policy:
At Total Rejuvenation we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance you will not be charged for the session, your account will be credited with 100% of the session’s value. Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the session’s value and the other 50% will be credited to your account to be used on future appointments.  Cancellations less than 4 hours before the appointment time and “No call, no shows” will be charged 100% of the session’s value.  Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your schedule appointment.  Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment because we cannot adversely affect our other clients to accommodate late arrivals.  To provide the best experience for you, other clients, and our employees, please arrive on time or give us at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or modify your appointment.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to us at Total Rejuvenation.  When registering online we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card info or other details to help you with your experience.  This info will be stored to make subsequent purchases easier for you.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for malware, security holes, and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
