I've always had a passion for entrepreneurship from a young age. Whether it was setting up lemonade stands, selling candy door-to-door, mowing lawns, or umpiring Little League baseball games, I found fulfillment in creating my own opportunities. While studying at the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, I explored potential business paths for my career. At the same time, I was trying to develop a meditation practice but struggled with distractions. My journey led me to discover Floatation Therapy through a Joe Rogan podcast, which I experienced firsthand at FadeAway Floatation in Des Moines. The transformative experience provided a profound sense of focus and relaxation, sparking my entrepreneurial journey in the wellness industry.

During an Advanced Business Plan Writing class, I developed the business plan for Total Rejuvenation. Based on my professor's feedback, I expanded Total Rejuvenation's services to include Halotherapy, Infrared Sauna, and Normatec Compression Therapy to cater to a variety of wellness needs.

After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2016 with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, I established Total Rejuvenation. We had our grand opening on March 25, 2017 and we continue to grow as more people discover the benefits of our services.

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends traveling, hiking, working out, and starting new businesses. My travels have taken me to 37 states and 20 countries across four continents. One of my greatest hiking accomplishments was summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania with my parents and brother on January 10, 2020. I'm always open to suggestions for unique hiking experiences and travel destinations, so feel free to share your recommendations with me during your next visit.

I also enjoy returning to my professor's class as a guest speaker, where I assist students in developing their business plans and overcoming challenges. It's a rewarding experience to help guide the next generation of entrepreneurs.
